Proposed endeavor
The future work the petitioner proposes to advance. In NIW Guru outputs, this is organized as a review topic rather than a legal conclusion.
Federal-priority source
A primary-source document or official page that helps describe a field, public problem, agency program, or national priority related to the petitioner's work.
Evidence gap
A missing, weak, or under-explained connection between a claim, source, or proposed endeavor and the petitioner's available materials.
Attorney discussion question
A question flagged for licensed legal review because research organization alone should not decide the filing strategy or legal interpretation.
