NIW Guru handles research, career, publication, project, and RFE materials through private upload and download workflows. This page summarizes the public handling principles behind the product.
Private by default
Submitted files are stored in private storage and are not published as examples, testimonials, training content, or case studies without explicit permission.
Secure workflow links
Report-status and download URLs are workflow pages, not public content. They are excluded from search indexing and require the access controls implemented by the product.
Sensitive-document boundary
Do not upload SSNs, A-numbers, passport scans, tax forms, bank statements, I-94 records, or other highly sensitive identity or financial documents unless explicitly requested through a secure workflow.
Deletion requests
To request deletion of submitted materials, contact reports@niwguru.com.
